The BBQ Club, Southbank

Jimmy’s BBQ Club is proud to be returning to the Southbank this summer and we are back with a show-stopping, interactive new menu. We’re talking, mouth-watering new dishes, a banging new drinks menu…and even more experimental BBQ cooking techniques.

Enjoy a 6-course feast cooked over fire with at least one element coming from your very own tableside Big Green Egg to fire up each course. Our chefs will prepare and guide you through each course with top tips, amazing flavour combinations and bucket load of accompaniments.

The BBQ Club exemplifies everything we love about cooking - alfresco dining, drinks, music, seasonal provenance and sitting round the table with friends and family over long, lingering summer days.

All you need to do is, sit back, relax, and enjoy grilling your delicious feast. We'll keep you hydrated of course and let you soak up the (long-awaited!) summer vibes in our outdoor cabana overlooking the Thames. 

The 6-course menu at £60 is seasonal based on using the freshest ingredients and therefore varies daily.

'English Caprese Tear and Share'
Blistered Nutbourne mini San Marzano on the vine, La Latteria stracciatella, confit garlic and thyme flatbread, smoked maldon salt, basil oil

'South Brockwell Farm Asparagus'
South Brockwells asparagus, ajo blanco, confit garlic, smoked almonds, smoked Lincolnshire Poacher, tendril shoots

'Chalk Stream Fish and Tartare Sauce'
Maple smoked Chalk Stream rainbow trout, squid ink tartare sauce, rock samphire, new potato crisps, fresh peas, sea herbs

‘British Caesar 2.0’
Brixton honey glazed chicken, dressed red gem lettuce, Caesar emulsion, Tempus pancetta crumb, anchovy, crispy shallot, Old Winchester

‘The BBQ Club Kebab’
Chermoula lamb leg shish, foraged wild garlic sauce, house pickles, sumac and lime pink onions, preserved lemon labneh, Barry's fermented chilli sauce, confit garlic flat bread

‘Passion Fruit S'Mores’
Passionfruit and ginger marshmallow, caramelised white chocolate and passionfruit ganache, ginger cookie

Mulled wine on arrival and toffee vodka shots to finish - £10 per person

Please note under children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the BBQ Cabana due to the open fires.

Ticket prices are per person - tables seat up to 6 guests, larger group bookings are welcome and can be accommodated over multiple tables. Please be aware you may share your table with other guests -although we always try to spread everyone out, popular evenings can be busy, and sharing is unavoidable.
