1.5 hours of yoga heaven inside the beautifully spacious studio at Fitness4Less, Southwark. Tianna Alexander from Twisted Yoga will be working along to our very own Bala Baya playlist, guiding you through Sun Salutations and small exercises to bring up the heat. Moving into Power Flow moves aimed at toning & sculpting & finally flowing in to the deep with Asanas to help build strength and stability. All your hard work is then rewarded with a long blissful Savasana at the end of the class.Then it's time for the Free Flow a sharing brunch feast! Served for all our Yogi's will be served on the Mezzanine, just what you need after pushing both your physical and mental bodies!
*Mats are provided, but advisable to bring your own.
