The masterminds behind Craft, Pastaio and Sardine have brought Palatino, a new Stevie Parle restaurant drawing inspiration from the rich culinary history of Rome.
Palatino takes advantage of the Italian city's long history of fusing different cultures within its cuisine, with influences from the middle East, Jewish diaspora and from across the country itself mixed into the dishes. Dishes include whole fried artichokes, rigatoni served with pajata, tonnarelli cacio e pepe and chicken & pistachio meatballs with polenta and squash.
The menu is divided into anti pasti, primi, secondi & dolce with Stevie Parle's stunning fresh pasta made in the restaurant everyday and available in two portion sizes - ideal for a quick bite to eat or as apart of a larger meal
Palatino has an extensive wine list with every bottle offered by the glass and split into three distinct categories: classic, unique and special. Among the latter category are rare wines bought from auction and those from limited batches of wine - perfect for wine connoisseurs hoping to treat themselves.
A weekday pre-theatre menu offers 2/3 courses for £16/£20 and a large table menu is offered to groups of 7 to 24 persons.
On Saturday's Palatino offers unlimited pasta for £25 per person and unlimited Prosecco for £14 per person.
