For the last two years, Stevie Parle and the team have been smoking, pickling and curing, we’ve had our first honey harvest and the Kitchen Gardens are fully up and running.
Now it’s time for a new project: Thursday FEASTS.
Each month we’re joining forces with great British suppliers or top chefs to create a unique one-off menu with wine pairings, cocktails made using homemade ingredients and new cheeses from our suppliers at Neal’s Yard.
Our fourth event on Thursday 29th June is "Mob Grazing & South Devon Coastline"
We’re hot footing it down to the South West and will return with a menu featuring mob-grazed lamb from Village Farm (featured in The Observer Food Monthly Top 50) alongside many wonderful ingredients supplied by the local producers and friends we meet on our way.
It’s our fourth feast – we think we’re getting better each time – it’s £45 and will include all the food; more info to follow
