We’re kicking off an eleven-week pop-up summer terrace in collaboration with Berlin-based vermouth brand Belsazar.
Our bar will be in full swing until 24th September, hosting ticketed masterclasses and serving our new summer spritz menu.

Dave Brosnan and the team have collaborated with Belsazar to create a range of bespoke low-ABV spritzes, served over ice and designed for relaxing and unwinding.
The spritzes marry Belsazar’s signature Vermouth variants – Red, Dry, Rosé and White – with fresh ingredients and garnishes foraged from our on-site kitchen garden.

R&R
Belsazar Rosé, grapefruit, Verbena Kombucha, Mezcal

Forager
Belsazar White, Elderflower cordial, Urban Orchard Cider

Blossom Road
Belsazar Red, grapefruit, Maraschino, egg white, Prosecco

By the Sea
Belsazar Dry, Somerset Shipwreck, Wiston sparkling wine

All priced at £8, the spritzes are served alongside bar snacks from our all-British menu.

The Belsazar Summer Terrace at Craft London will be open, weather permitting, during Craft London’s normal opening hours.

No booking necessary for the terrace; please book online for the masterclasses using the link.

Menus

  • Cuisines

This event serves International, Pizza, Vegan Friendly, Vegetarian Friendly, European and Fine Dining food.

  • A word from the chef:

Craft uses predominantly British produce sourced from trusted farmers and suppliers from across the country. It roasts its own coffee, smokes its our own fish, cures meats, ferments vegetables, keeps bees and grows vegetables on the Greenwich Peninsula Jetty. The restaurant is headed up by Richard Blackwell, and offers an ever-changing, seasonal menu of snacks, starters, mains and desserts. Vegetables, fish and meats are cooked over a custom-built wood fire and breads are made using their own tandoor oven. Dishes include fresh heritage tomato salad, egg-yolk tagliorini with crab, Norfolk black chicken with broad beans and peas, Swaledale T-Bone steak for two and a Craft London burger with house pickles. An extensive wine list balances some well-known varieties with some small-scale, organic wine producers from all across Europe.
