RooFIT Summer Series - Triyoga Takeover

This summer, Aviary is partnering with leading fitness brands from the worlds of yoga, boxing and ballet to bring an eclectic Summer of fitness classes that promises something for everyone to enjoy! So get out of your sweaty gym, rethink your fitness approach and get up on top of our stunning rooftop terrace to really kick-start your day the right way! *Please note that matts are provided*

This summer, Aviary is partnering with triyoga to deliver eight yoga classes on the top of our stunning rooftop terrace to really start your day the right way from the 21 – 29 June!

Over the course of two weeks there will be eight dynamic 45 min Vinyasa classes taking place, each taught in the unique style by its respective teacher. 

Head to Zephyr Wildman’s class to catch a deeper connection with your mind or get on the mat with Corrie Preece to experience seriously powerful Ashtanga based Vinyasa. Or perhaps former competitive gymnast Genny Wilkinson Priest is your choice of teacher, or why not celebrate the international day of yoga with James French on June 21^st. Whatever floats your boat, discover the immense benefits of starting your day on the mat while soaking up killer panoramic views of London.

Classes are 45 minutes long and you can choose from 07:00-07:45 or 08:00-08:45.

Your ticket will get you access to the class up on our beautiful 10th floor roof terrace, an option for a 50% off breakfast from Aviary, use of the shower facilities in the hotel spa, a PRESS juice and a goodie bag with treats from the brands involved. We'll see you up there!
