Known for his evolution of his renowned 'rice dishes' more commonly known as 'paella', Quique Dacosta has infused Fitzrovia with Valencian cookery focusing on the flair and theatre you would expect from wood fires, open flames, cosy and yet exquisite interior.

Discover this through the eyes of a master modernist. With an open kitchen and a glass wine cellar, Arros QD was designed by internationally renowned Spanish interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán, giving a beautiful visual backdrop in which to experience everything it has to offer.

The menu is inspired by local produce combining traditional Spanish cookery with a Mediterranean twist. each dish is perfectly paired with an array of wines from all over the world, many of which you will only find at Arros QD.

The restaurant itself is set over 2 floors with beautiful hidden spaces, intricately designed and available to hire for any occasion.

    Cooked on fire, in front of your eyes. Arros QD delivers sophisticated experiential dining with delicious rices, meats and fish. The word ‘paella’ translates from Valencian to ‘pan’, meaning the word paella refers to the pan the dish is cooked in. Paella is traditionally cooked over fire, using different types of wood depending on what flavour matches the ingredients. The rich stock is made from a wealth of premium ingredients and is the most important element in any paella. The caramelised crust of rice that sometimes sticks to the bottom of the pan? That’s what we call the ‘socarrat’
