Description
Chef Simon Rogan has brought his Aulis experiment to London, setting up a clandestine 8-seater restaurant in Soho. Following the same formula that worked so well with Rogan's two Michelin starred restaurant L'Enclume in Cumbria, Aulis will act as a development kitchen for Roganic, the chef's latest venture which is set to open later in the year.
Arrive at 12.30pm for lunch or 7.30pm for dinner, with a seat priced at £250 per head in this intimate restaurant. You'' enjoy a number of courses from the tasting menu, where each plate has been paired with a particular glass of wine selected by the head sommelier. In true Rogan style, the menu highlights his farm-to-table philosophy, using only seasonal ingredients that have been sourced from either his own farm in Cumbria or from Britain's best suppliers.
