Nordic-inspired restaurant Aquavit will host their second collaboration with the BFI London Film Festival series hosting an incredible 5 course tasting supper inspired by the film Jacquot de Nantes, to honour world-renowned French filmmaker Agnes Varda. Aquavit will screen one of Varda’s masterpieces in an intimate restaurant setting, presenting another specially designed menu, created by Aquavit’s Executive Chef, Henrik Ritzén to bring this iconic film to life.

MENU:

Snacks and bread, which will include wholemeal sourdough, Danish dark rye and knäckebröd, a Swedish flat bread with seeds, all served with smoked cod’s roe butter

Dooncastle oysters, served with elderflower and dill

Charred hispi cabbage, nobis dressing

Smoked eel, lettuce, lovage, tomato

Duck breast, carrot, caraway, liquorice, hazelnuts 

Douglas fir panna cotta, queen sorbet, sorrel
