What they say:

With a combined total of 30 years experience in food between them, founders Jono Jenkins, Eve Bugler and Travis Fish are out to combine big and bold Middle Eastern flavours with top quality British produce as they open BabaBoom this summer. You can expect “pillow-y Persian flatbreads with hearty portions of higher welfare charcoal grilled meats” available at affordable prices, with brunch served at the weekends and a drinks menu featuring Bergamot frozen margaritas and beers from the Crate, Beavertown and Fourpure breweries.

What we say:

When two key players from Nando’s and the director of food at Geronimo Inns get together to open a new restaurant, you kind of know it’s going to be downright delicious before day one even comes around. Open for an innovative take on brunch (think eggs, granolas and grapefruits alongside good morning kebabs) right through to 2am come the weekend, these guys will offer exquisite Middle Eastern flavours that are a far cry from your usual greasy kebab experience.
