Let’s celebrate the mental health week together! The Alma and Ro are teaming up to bring a healthy start to your weekend with a morning of yoga and a delicious brunch with homemade smoothies.
The morning at the Bramford room will start with a dynamic vinyasa flow yoga session that is suitable for all levels with a long juicy relaxation in the end. Guests will then tuck into a healthy spring inspired feast from the Alma team.
Ro is a qualified 500 hours Quantum Yoga teacher based in South London. She has been practicing Yoga for over seven years and has a deep passion for promoting wellness and wellbeing. By bringing your attention into the the body-mind by the use of Ayurveda (Yoga’s “sister science” which recognizes your individual nature and helps find your true path on this earth), Ro’s classes leave you more harmonious, healthy, happy and in true balance with yourself and the now.
This will be an all levels yoga class. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged, and for the more advanced yogis there will always be options to deepen any pose. Grab your yoga mat and join us - your mind and body will thank you for it! Please give details of any dietary requirements and the Alma team will do her best to accommodate them.
