To accompany the great dishes, the bar is well stocked with a good selection of affordable wines sourced from all over the world, as well as a range of real ales and lagers, produced by some of London's finest breweries and small batch distillers.

Located close to the Lea Valley, this waterside favourite has an outdoor area overlooking the Lea River, as well as cosy, fireside sofas and a dart board to keep you entertained when the weather turns.

Service and food were both excellent. visited The Princess of Wales - Geronimo Inns on 09 Apr 2017

Despite having made a reservation, our table was occupied by others and there was almost no food on the menu; there where no roasts, and one or two portions of sausage and mash with cod and chips. But not enough for the size of the group. We needed to go to the Clapton Heart visited The Princess of Wales - Geronimo Inns on 02 Apr 2017

Thank you for accommodating our 8+group on a beautiful Spring afternoon. Plenty of space for kids' buggies and friends of friends to join and the table service super useful given the queues at the bar. Our only criticism was that the lunch menu was glaringly inconsistent - fish and chip servings generous but the rump steaks were small and the lamb shank "pie" served with mash in two dessert ramekins was laughably tiny. Perhaps you ran out of pie dishes? We thought it was a kid's portion. Lovely spot regardless. Will be back again for canal side gatherings as the weather warms up. visited The Princess of Wales - Geronimo Inns on 11 Mar 2017

This a great little place to hang out with friends on a Sunday Afternoon. The Roasts are always good and if the sun is shining then the outdoor area is a god send.
