The staff were very nice and welcoming. I had a VIP booth which was actually just a normal table I also wasn't given a glass of bubbles with pudding. The only difference between a normal table and VIP was a free bottle of wine which cost £16 anyway. The food was nice. I would suggest going as it was good experience but don't waste your money on VIP.
