Hooray Cabaret returns to MOTH Club on THURSDAY 15TH JUNE. Have you missed us? Because we’ve missed you. LET’S GO ON HOLIDAY!!! And we suggest you pack your budgie smugglers, because this is a PACKAGE HOLIDAY.
Think sandy crevices, cocktails on the beach, meeting other couples you’ll never stay in touch with and one of those buffets where you end up with the weirdest combo of global food, plus chips.
And it wouldn’t be a proper package holiday without some celebrity entertainment. So meet our co-host with the most, EWEN MACKINTOSH (aka, BIG KEITH from THE OFFICE). Ewen will be joining “miniature tour de force” VICTORIA KEMBER for some holiday-themed Hooray larks, including that beach game involving multiple Jaegerbombs, a broom and a hefty travel insurance claim. He has no idea what he’s signed up for, but hey, we’re on holidaaaaay!!!!!
Our line-up this month is hotter than a Brit abroad’s sunburn. Comedian SPENCER JONES has been busy touring the UK as his alter ego THE HERBERT, as well as filming a spanking new BBC comedy. But in June he has squeezed us into his busy schedule to head up our bill, with his unique brand of clownish humour.
Joining Spencer is award-winning musical comedian KATE LUCAS, “dark and hilarious” RED RICHARDSON and “one to watch” character comic JACOB EDWARDS. Bringing the burlesque we have the “Sometimes political, often fierce, always ridiculous” JEU JEU LA FOILLE; sexy and subversive LITTLE MADAME; pin-up with a twist KITTY PETITE and comic newcomer PRIMAL DONNA.
And back by popular demand, JOHN THE REVELATOR will take us through to 1:00am with his unique brand of retro tunes.

Hooray Cabaret is a fabulous and irreverent show, held at two of London's quirkiest venues, MOTH Club and Paper Dress Vintage in central Hackney. With a different theme each month, we bring you the best in new comedy, burlesque and musical talent from across the capital and beyond.

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
