Upstairs- Untitled- Well it’s been just over a year since Ricardo De Meneses played a blinder warming up for Tommy Vicari Jnr (both in the club and at the afters!) so we thought it was about time to get him back and let him loose at peak time. Recently he’s been living the high life in Dubai but for this weekend he’s coming back to his spiritual home of East London to spin some records down at the Horse and Groom. We can’t wait to have him play and hope you can join us for a long overdue catch up with Ricardo and what will most definitely be a special evening of music.
On warm up duties, and needing no introduction to Untitled regulars, is our co-host from our Kmah Radio show, Thomas Aky. He’s nailed the warm up for us on several occasions now and we’re sure this month will be no different so come down early to hear what he’s packing in that eclectic bag of his.
As always our residents E.Wan & Chris G will be taking us through their extensive record collection with their unique blend of house and techno groovers.
Downstairs- DATC fans had a real treat last month with new addition Matthew John playing a superb opening set followed by Pierre Moreno bringing in his disco flavour. Overtone then took the beats to another level having flown in from Glasgow to headline. At 4am the place was still packed!
This month we will be joined by another new member of the DATC family, Greg Cosford, finance guru by day and DJ by night, who will serve up his really unique and super cool nu disco sound. He will be joined by the young talent, Huckleberry Spin, who makes a return for the first time this year and Johnnie London, a “Decks and the City” stalwart, will then take over.

This venue serves Mexican food.

A word from the chef:
Gourmet Gorditas-Gourmet Gorditas was started by Santiago and Pedro, two authentic and unique Mexicans who wanted to bring something authentic and unique from their homeland to London. Gorditas are hand-made flatbreads stuffed with different kind of fillings, a type of street food that's incredibly popular in the north of Mexico (where Santiago was born and raised), but has yet to be discovered by most Londoners. Gourmet Gorditas are the very first (and so far the only) place making gorditas in London, and after only a few months trading in Brick Lane, award-winning food blogger Chris Osburn named them one of the best street food places in Shoreditch: http://tikichris.com/2017/03/04/city-stories-point-a-street-food/#more-28032 Santiago and Pedro have created recipes that take inspiration from authentic Mexican dishes, but have given them a 'foodie' spin by using the best locally-sourced gourmet ingredients. They're life partners as well as business partners, so their company is a family affair, a life-long dream of Santiago's which together they've made a reality. If you've not heard of Burger bear by now.... Where have you been? Launched in 2012 on the street, Burger Bear can be found serving up one of London's best burgers to a sound track of disco beats all across London. Burger Bear Tom, brainchild, behind the Bear created bacon jam and makes some of the best Mac & Cheese balls you'll ever eat. Moving from street food to venues, he now has a spot in Peckham, The Magic Roundabout on the top of Old Street Station and Stokey Bears, in, you've guessed it Stoke Newington. This winter, he is holding up the reins at The Horse and Groom pub where you'll find him cooking up creative interpretations of classic American dishes with Great British ingredients. Inspired dishes to keep you felling warm inside this Christmas. There'll also be some XXXmas classics on the menu too!
