Your ticket guarantees you entry before 1pm, anyone arriving after this time might miss out on food (and you'd have missed the free cocktails, so really no fun!) but we will try our best to save you some.
After brunch, we'll remove some of the tables to create more space, so that you can sing and dance away the rest of the afternoon, until 5pm when you don't have to go home.. but sadly do have to leave the venue!
We can't issue refunds if your mates are rubbish at buying tickets - so please make sure everyone is speedy at purchasing theirs!
Once you and your friends have bought your tickets, one Lead Spice Girl, MUST e-mail molly@claphamgrand.com with everyone's names and dietary requirements (vegans, vegetarians, coeliacs etc), so that we can sit you all together, and make sure you have some tasty food!
If we don't receive this information in advance, we will do our very best on the day, but can't guarantee you will be accommodated.

1. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 21 years of age. Valid Photo Identification will be required. No refunds will be issued to those under the age of 21.
2. There is strictly no entry before 2pm with "Party Only Tickets"
3. Bottomless cocktails are available between 12pm and 1pm only. Each guest will be given one glass upon arrival, and this will be re-filled throughout the hour.
4. To add a pre-order of drinks for your table, please email molly@claphamgrand.com
5. We will make every attempt to seat your party together in one group, please e-mail molly@claphamgrand.com after purchasing your tickets, to confirm the number of people in your party, and any dietary requirements. Whilst we will make every attempt to accommodate dietary requirements on the day, this can not be guaranteed without prior e-mail.
6. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
7. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
8. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
9. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
10. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
11. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
12. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
13. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
14. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
15. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
