Transitioning form their Winter Vodka Valhalla stage, Skylounge are bringing some East Coast chillin' to their rooftop. Get ready for a slice of summer vacay with beach bums, cocktail shlurping and seafood fare.

Nothing says summer like a sky high beach themed resort atop of the Double Tree Hilton. Taking their inspiration from the little known island of Nantucket in Massachusetts, Skylounge are decking out their terrace with a bit of East Coast cool. Think lighthouses, swinging benches and liquor laced slushies in hand. Boom.

Sample a bit of island loife with cocktails named after Nantucket beaches and cuisine influenced by New England eats. The Surfside Punch is a sweet blend of Camomile infused Vodka and Lanson Champagne; botanics and bubbles = winning. If you fancy something with a bit more of a kick to it then their traditional Cape Codder Ale should do the trick: Snow Queen Vodka, Cranberry juice and Ginger ale all make one thirst quencher of a tipple. 

Rounding off this palate of summer teasing sensations will be their menu of seafood dishes hailing everything from Lobster Mac & Cheese (NOM) to a signature Clam Chowder. And it wouldn't be Nantucket without some Boston Cream Pie now would it? 

The Nantucket Beach Club Rooftop Pop-up Bar opens May 1st until 30th September Tuesdays to Saturdays from 3pm until 10pm at Skylounge at Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Tower Hill.
