Searcys Champagne Bar

Searcys Champagne Bar is located in "The Village" in Westfield (the posh section of the shopping mall) and is in good company with the likes of Prada, Jimmy Choo and Dior overlooking you as you sip on fine Champagnes. The bar itself is "open-air" and in the middle of this section of the mall. They have done a good job with the design; the 35-seater bar is sleek and sophisticated with oyster coloured leather stools hugging a sweeping bar in polished nickel. The service is attentive and the champagne list is vast. There is also a good canape menu if you feel like a nibble while you luxuriate in a glass of bubbly! If you want a true champagne experience, I would recommend champagne bars in central London or the top Hotel Bars, but in the area it is the best on offer. However good a job they have done with this pop-up bar, you are still in the middle of a shopping mall and this realisation makes the experience somewhat less special.
