Grand Union Paddington is a canal side bar with a lot of unique charm. The interior of the venue has noticeable flair, juxtaposing vintage oddities with neon signs, giving the place a fresh and modern vibe despite its location within a mainly corporate area.
The food menu is simple but effective; serving up American diner style food including delicious homemade pizzas, succulent burgers and hotdogs there is a good variety of dishes to be tried and tested. All meals can be enjoyed outside when you opt to dine al fresco, where you can relax to the trickling sound of the Paddington basin, a very cosmopolitan luxury! Grand Union's atmosphere suits any occasion or group sizes, from informal dinners to intimate cocktail parties, large celebrations or a few drinks with friends.
Prices are very reasonable, so don't worry about burning a hole in your wallet and with a happy hour every day of the week, you're sorted for a cheeky drink after work! Fridays and Saturdays get very lively with DJs playing the best in Funk, Soul and Indie so you can dance the night away. The Grand Union Paddington is recommended for both quieter drinks with friends and as a fun time party spot over the weekend.

A word from the chef:

Grand Union Paddington is one of a large family of popular bars that can be found throughout London. I have been fortunate enough to visit the Grand Union in Brixton – where I enjoyed one of the best nights out I have ever had in London...
