Eastway Brasserie is celebrating London’s hottest months with Summer of Love, a calendar of themed brunches offering a delicious spread that salutes food, cocktails, peace and love. This July, escape the hot City as we’re paying tribute to those good ol’ summer days in the park, with colourful and refreshing dishes, hearty desserts and CBD.
Bringing the outside in, we’ve revisited the classics of an English picnic, including homemade mini sausage rolls and scotch eggs. You can also indulge in our Rainbow Salad, with avocado, mango, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, BBQ sweetcorn, black and white quinoa and refreshing CBD Lemon Dressing, or try the insta-worthy Rainbow Smoothie Bowl appearing on the brasserie’s menu exclusively for this Summer – a perfect stimulant with avocado, baby spinach, apple, mango, coconut milk and to garnish strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, mango, toasted desiccated coconut and decorated with edible flowers.
If you have a sweet tooth, our dessert buffet will be filled with honey goodness, including organic comb crunches and honey treats.
You can also upgrade and go bottomless! Help your brunch down with DIY Bloody Marys, bubbles and our refreshing Bee-Mine cocktail with Krupnik vodka liquor, limoncello, lemon juice and chocolate bitters or the thirst-quenching Pimm’s Iced Tea with infusion of hibiscus tea, lime cordial, lemonade and frozen melon balls to freshen it up! If you’re going booze free, try the CBD Rainbow Mocktail, ideal to cool down and relax.
