To mark the first anniversary of his passing, join us on The Roof for a celebration of the late, great David Bowie. Three eclectic standout acts of today - Rival Karma, The Bloom Twins and Echo Wants Her Voice Back – will take to the stage to perform a mix of Bowie classics alongside their original songs; celebrating Bowie’s diverse and continued influence on the worldwide music scene. Presented by PARADISE LONDON LIVE.
Tickets include a complimentary welcome cocktail for guests arriving before 8pm, as well as entry to the Club until 2am.
RIVAL KARMA
Rival Karma are a London based four piece rock band combining distorted guitars with haunting melodies for a current yet classy sound. Their unique live energy onstage and brilliant vocals and musicianship has quickly built a loyal and passionate fanbase. Ones to watch.
LEWREY
LewRey are a multi-talented new duo with an exciting genre-straddling sound. Lewis and Ian share their influences to create songs driven by soulful vocals, pounding grooves, mixing their love of Pop, RnB, & Indie Rock into infectious hooks.
LewRey have played over 100 shows in the last year including festivals such as Tramlines, Green Belt and The Big Festival, The Coffee House 2015 tour, universities around the country and support slots with acts as varied as Professor Green, Danny Howard, Mistajam. The Pigeon, Detectives, Mike Dignam & Josh Kumra have gained them new fans and illustrates their cross-genre appeal. They have also enjoyed backing from BBC introducing and featured on their live sessions.
ECHO WANTS HER VOICE BACK
Echo Wants Her Voice Back has been described as simply "Folk Noir" by Songwriting Magazine. Praised for her "sharp lyrics", "phenomenal voice" and "natural charisma onstage" by the likes of Chaos Theory and other music blogs, she has been broadcasted on BBC Radio 6 and has built a dedicated London following. This year's performances have included SXSW in Texas and Fengaros Festival in Cyprus.
GEORGE WILDING
We couldn't fail to include George Wilding. Growing up in Avebury, away from the normal circles of music, and it shows. Expect beautiful original songwriting an storytelling.
