Come and learn about cocktails from our highly experienced mixologists. They will teach you how to make one cocktail behind the bar and then you will be able to enjoy two more cocktails prepared by your mixologist whilst you enjoy your 2 course meal. Our classes are taught using premium spirits, fresh and homemade ingredients. Each session can accommodate 2-6 people and consists of 1 hour of learning and cocktail making. After that you will be seated at a table to enjoy your cocktails and food for another hour.

Arrival - enjoy a complimentary house cocktail
Introduction - learn the background and concepts of mixology and experience cocktail making and its techniques
Cocktail making - you will be able to make one cocktail yourself using our bar and glassware. The mixologist will be there to guide you and answer any questions you may have afterwards
Afterwards - once you are finished at the bar you and your guest will be moved to one of our tables. There you will be served two more cocktail and a 2 course meal. Please see attached menu for your choice
