1. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
2. ENTRY - All guests must show valid e ticket per person. All guests that cannot show a valid ticket will be refused entry.
3. DRESS CODE - A strict dress code policy of Smart Glam applies. Strictly NO sports attire, hoodies or hats of any kind. Fashionable sneakers are accepted. The venue management reserves the right to refuse any guest they feel is not in appropriate dress code.

4. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
5. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
6. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
7. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
8. Admission to the event cannot be any later than 5pm, after which you will not be permitted entry and accept forfeit of ticket.
9. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
