"The audience is transfixed and attention is not swayed at any time... one of the hottest nights out in Soho" - ***** LondonTheatre1

A Night in Soho is unlike any other, for once the boutique shops of Seven Dials shut their doors, and the theatres take their final curtain call, the busy streets empty, and all is quiet. But the art-deco doors of the legendary Phoenix Artist Club are only just opening, and it's at this time that the infamous characters of Soho, from the Vaudevillians to the stars of the big screen, come out to play.

Descending the marble staircase and ordering their usual at the bar, they unwind as the glamorous diva and internationally ignored superstar Vanity von Glow entertains them with unique renditions of iconic pop songs and dark humour on every subject of global fame which eludes her, from her opinions on her celebrity nemeses' to personal heartache.

You never know just who might take to the stage at A Night in Soho, so when all's said and done and you leave the club just in time for the last train home (or later if you so choose), keep what you have witnessed a secret, as it's moments like these that make The Phoenix Artist Club the magical place it is.

Vanity von Glow enjoys a reputation as a main fixture in Soho cabaret and has enjoyed a continuous run of her popular Sunday night shows for five consecutive years, which has seen her perform with popstars Lily Allen and Sophie Ellis Bextor and appear on TV with superstar Adele.

Vanity was excellent. Great voice, very funny and very classy. The venue is small so it probably is not necessary to have VIP seats and the cocktail that was included seemed alcohol free. We had a fab evening and would definitely go back for a different show and to see vanity again. Lisa visited The Phoenix Artist Club on 14 Jan 2017

Great bar and great voice. Had hoped for more acts but still would recommend. Went for the VIP option which was worth it for good seats and a cocktail Naomi visited The Phoenix Artist Club on 02 Jan 2017

A fantastic night out in an brilliant venue, my first time there, Vanity is hilariously funny with a stunning voice and immaculately beautiful. Thoroughly entertaining show, with the essence of vintage Soho. We will definitely go back to the phoenix, friendly staff, great service in a quirky historic venue, could spend hours looking at all the wonderful memorabilia. Great cocktails too, thanks for making us welcome!

A perfect show for those that want to experience what's left of 'Soho'. The venue is in the original rehearsal rooms of The Phoenix Theatre, and has a great bar. Lots of signed posters, and Vanity was incredible.

Had the pleasure of seeing this show last week. Brilliant. Vanity's performance was stunning, and great use of projection and lighting. A great example of what Soho is all about.
