The Pearson Room

Description

In the heart of Canada Square, hidden away from the busy city life, you can find The Pearson Room. A casual, yet sophisticated restaurant and cocktail bar with beautiful views looking out over the Wharf.

Showing an appreciation for tradition, our head chef Tim Tolley uses nothing but fresh and seasonal produce to create innovative new flavours from some tried and tested classics. From beautifully silky and freshly made pasta to braised lamb shank, Tim’s focus is on producing simple dishes to a very high standard.

Your experience in The Pearson Room is not complete without trying a delicious cocktail, hand crafted by Bar Manager Omar Valadez and his team of expert bartenders. His seasonal menu offers the latest taste trends from around the world and modern takes on the classics. His newly launched, dedicated G&T menu is not to be missed this summer. But if wine is more your thing we have an extensive cellar, offering an excellent range from vineyards both great and small.

The Pearson Room has a 1950s Hitchcockian style ambiance making the perfect location for an informal evening meal, after-work drink, private event or even a city wedding.

From intimate booths to spacious banquet tables The Pearson Rooms offers a flexible event space to suit your needs. They have a dedicated events manager to help you design your bespoke event. The venue can house 350 people standing or 170 for a seated dining experience, with custom-made menus available on request.
