It was definitely not worth the money. The service was slow, the beer was not so good. Visited Proud Camden on 2017-10-21

Terribly organised and very poor service for a £260 table. After spending the money to book a table for 8 to ensure a good night, on arrival it took 20 mins of us standing in a corridor before someone found us a table. After this we sat and waited 20 mins for a server. Giving up on this I went to the bar and asked how to get our included drinks and was told to see a server, however the barman could not point one out or tell me what they looked like. After going from bar to bar and stopping random people for another 15 minutes I managed to locate a server and we eventually managed to get our first drinks after an hr. The venue and area are trendy and enjoyable and we had a good night however an hr or so later we wanted to buy some drinks but the server didn’t know the prices. Whilst she found out we went to use the bar, but were informed they were out of pitchers and we would have to go and find some. After finding used ones off some tables the barman managed to serve us some pitchers (whilst failing to even rinse them out). This constant difficulty in getting a drink and inability of staff to deal with the basics of service was frustrating again. After the tables were packed up early a few of our group went outside for a some fresh air and when they tried to return through the door they exited were told they would have to walk all the way round to the other front door. The door staff were fairly rude and unprofessional. All in all a decent venue but very badly organised and poorly staffed to the point we’ll be writing a complaint as I would expect a lot more after spending the money on booking a table. I did not understand why I paid €10 to go there; honestly, the ambiance was better outside the bar. Beer was expensive and there was nothing going on, no live music or anything except for this quartet of musicians dressed up like Germans which was the only thing I could really rescue from an otherwise terrible event. Me and 3 friends went to the Oktoberfest event. No idea what we paid £15 for - waited for 20mins at the bar every time. None of the staff were dressed up for the event and the band were as English as you could get. The event was an absolute disgrace to German culture. By 6:30pm it had turned into a normal club night. It was truly awful - please do not host another Oktoberfest again Proud. We spoke to many people who felt thie same way. Refund please? Visited Proud Camden on 2017-10-21

It wasn't nothing like the original one. And the beer was warm. Visited Proud Camden on 2017-10-21

Terrible. Nowhere to sit, 20 minute queues at the bar, and many of the beers sold out. We stood around for a couple of hours wondering exactly what we'd paid £15 each for. Visited Proud Camden on 2017-10-21

Avoid, a complete rip off! If you are after some German beer you'll be better off going somewhere else. An Oktoberfest feast without German beer on offer, a total shambles. 1 star is too much! I'm claiming a full refund! Visited Proud Camden on 2017-09-30

ABSOLUTE SHITE. Lasted 5 minutes in there. Nothing German about this. No German beers. No German food stalls. Incredibly load chavvy music. Incredibly loud chavs. Opened late. Should of stayed shut!!! I have emailed them to give me my money back! False advertising. WORST EVENT IN HISTORY.... I would of sooner gone to Guantanamo Bay and been water-boarded!!! I would give LESS THAN 1 STAR!!!!
