Roski is a Liverpool city centre restaurant run by MasterChef: The Professionals 2012 champion Anton Piotrowski.
The venue is a 40-cover restaurant with a private dining room and a wine cellar. Run by the Michelin-starred chef, they offer a five-course tasting menu as well as an eight-course one, with drinks to pair. These dishes change on a fortnightly basis, and include dishes like baked sea bream, smoked butter mushroom puree and a parma ham crumble; and pheasant braised in black bean sauce served with a bao bun, chili jam, and a fried quail egg.
