A collaboration between swanky hotel group Epic and Mason's restaurant, Five is the new rooftop bar that's arrived just in time to save our summer sipping.

Located on Seel Street, this sky-high space is found through celebrity hangout Mason's, which has become known for its Instagrammable brunch dishes. But what can we expect from the former hotel space? Ideal for a year when foreign holidays have been put on the back burner, this spot has got Ibiza vibes thanks to its wicker grey furnishings, glass panels, and foliage. And what it can't bring from the Balearics, it more than makes up for with incredible views over Liverpool. 

A drinks list and food menu has yet to be released but if its sister joints are anything to go by, expect classic cocktails including the likes of mojito, old fashioneds, and porn star martinis.
