Adding a new email template/message

You can select your templates when you send emails from Collins. The majority of these would be different types of T&Cs to add to your emails.

If you have one venue or want the same templates to apply to all your venues:

Booking Rules

Manage Venue Group

Email Settings

Email Messages

Add a template. Put a name for the template (Eg. Confirmation Email T&Cs) and then put the text you want in the Contents box

If you have multiple venues and want different email messages per venue:

Booking Rules

Manage Venues

Select Venue

Email Tab and scroll down to "Email Messages"

Click "Use custom email messages"

Add your templates in there

Save changes
