Sending attachments in emails
Firstly you need to upload your attachments to your own Collins "attachments bank", which we store for you.
Manage Venue Group
Select File and upload
You must then name the file
Adding attachments to the emails you send to customers.
Specific booking details pop up screen
Send email button at the bottom
In the "Attachments" box if you put in part or all of the name of the file you will see it drop down.
Select the attachment from the drop down list
