Set in the iconic Free Trade Hall, award-winning Peter Street Kitchen captures the essence of the building’s former glory and atmosphere, remaining a stage for entertainment and celebration.
Exquisitely presented and beautifully balanced, the menu explores fine contemporary Japanese cuisine matched with the heat and zing from a selection of contemporary Mexican dishes.
Diners can also book a Japanese Hibachi Experience, where a 12-seater table and fire pit provide memorable ambience for a semi-private event.
