A 200 strong restaurant on the previous All Saints corner plot, Iberica will boast the same innards of its London counterparts; expect intricate tiling, specially sourced furniture and intimate dining spaces. With two floors boasting a bar and mezzanine level to boot, Iberica will also play host to two outdoor terrace areas, making it just the destination for summer supping.
With three star Michelin chef Nacho Manzano behind Iberica Manchester's a la carte menu, dining guests can not only expect high end fare from one of London's most talented names, this selection of palate pleasing Spanish plates will be wholly unique to the Spinningfields plot. Also cultivating a bar menu of signature Spanish wines and specially curated cocktails on the ground floor, guests can expect true European indulgence.
