Moving Mountains has created an entirely plant-based burger that has been made to replicate the taste and feel of a beef patty. The burger took two years to complete and is made from oyster mushrooms, pea protein and beetroot juice, which acts as the blood. Topped with vegan cheese, lettuce and tomato, the burger will be a delicious addition to Harvey Nichols' vegan menu, which already includes goodies such as a tomato and lentil curry.
