Zuaya is the brainchild of Spanish twins Alberto and Arian Zandi, with a focus on contemporary Latin American & Spanish dishes and upscale cocktails. The tropical restaurant and bar oasis is adorned with hanging plants, soft lighting, gold accents and plush seating for a refreshingly modern feel. Live jazz and DJs create a vibrant atmosphere come the weekend.

Head chef Francisco Lafee has worked in some of the best restaurants in Spain and Peru, as well as London's Barrafina and Ember Yard. His menu of creative sharing plates and tapas draws inspiration from Spain, Brazil, Mexico and Peru, with classic reinvented with his own signature flair and many dishes which are uniquely Zuaya’s.  The menu features ample vegetarian and vegan dishes and halal options are available for chicken and lamb dishes on the menu.
