Settled in East London, Sapling is a wine-focused bar and restaurant offering a weekly rotating selection of up to 30 wines to choose from. This selection will feature sustainable, organic, and low-intervention wines amongst a variety of grower champagnes and sparkling wines.

Sapling will also have a larger list on hand with over 100 wines, available by the bottle or to be sampled via Coravin (a way to enjoy wine by the glass without opening the bottle). The locally sourced seasonal menu by head chef, Jon Beeharry, serves dishes such as Middle White pork terrine, white grape, and watercress and Colchester Rock oysters with horseradish mignonette, making the perfect accompaniment for a glass of wine. Along with the larder menu featuring Hackney-based cured meats and La Fromagerie cheeses, Sapling have a menu that is up to par with their wine selection.
