ETM is taking over the city faster than a fictional Hollywood baddie - though unlike said bad guy, Londoners are more than happy with the invasion. For the latest opening, the group are keeping their strongest elements and adding in some new quirks as they pop up in Westfield Square. Decor is slick as ever, with industrial piping softened by leather booths, a golden bar and velvet seats. The menu is sourced as locally and sustainably as possible, with breakfast through to dinner served, and a brunch on weekend; expect plates such as Brixham crab linguine and Scottish smoked salmon on sourdough toast. Similar to sister venues, Maple has several tanks installed which will be serving the group's Long Arm beer, along with an original list of cocktails.
