Yorkshire pudding sarnies and new bottomless supper club menu at FireLake Grill House

Bringing American traditions of open-flame cooking to Leeds, FireLake Grill House gives a new meaning to Friday night dining.

Think bottomless drinks are just for brunch? Think again. The new bottomless supper club menu at FireLake Grill House is the perfect way to kick-start your weekend. The contemporary hotel bar and restaurant features an open kitchen crafting succulent grilled specialties and classic cocktails.

Created by new chef Oliver Brearley, the menu highlights American staples with a British twist. Signature dishes include smoked sausage bites smothered in a homemade apple and treacle glaze and topped with crispy onions, alongside pork scratchings served with homemade apple butter and a smokey campfire cheese fondue pot.

Stealing the show is a hearty beef Yorkshire sandwich made with freshly roasted Ripon-reared beef between two homemade Yorkshire puddings with 72-hour beef gravy, bone marrow and confit onions. Pair a main, side and snack with unlimited draught beer, prosecco, house wine or soft drinks for £35.

The bottomless supper club is available from 5pm-10pm every Friday at FireLake Grill House, The Light, 13 The Headrow, Leeds LS1 8TL.
