The team behind The Spanish Butcher and Hutchesons City Grill, Rusk & Rusk is opening up another eatery in the heart of Glasgow. Focusing on Californian cuisine, So L.A. is all about good vibes and laid-back dining as they attempt to harness the famous city's happy attitude to eating.
It's all about the easy breezy living of America's west coast at this Mitchell Street spot, with a bar, restaurant and private hire space designed to reflect the surf culture. The menu will be a delicious mash of Californian-inspired flavours, with dishes such as Szechuan duck doughnut, cobb salad, and tuna tataki. The bar will keep you hydrated with a tequila map of cocktails and a Californian wine cellar, while the private hire space - The White Box - is being billed as a subterranean urban garden.
