One of the best vegetarian restaurants in Cardiff city centre, YO! is home to so much more than just sushi. Make your way through their menu of Japanese bites including meat-free rolls, tofu katsu curry, mushroom ramen and gyoza along with plenty of sides.
With happy hours, cocktail classes and DJ nights, Revolution is a lively spot to eat vegetarian food in Cardiff. The restaurant has a huge menu which has a fair amount of veggie options; we recommend the veggie burger for an easy lunchtime choice.
This particular boozer is catering to all kinds of crowds – especially veggies. The Head of Steam isn't just good for craft beer-drinking and games of pool; they're got an amazing food menu that's 50% vegan, featuring 'veafood' tacos, plant-based burgers and more.
Catering for all diets, Cosy Club has a lot of veggie options. The restaurant is also great for cocktails and after-work drinks with a quirky interiors scheme that includes bunting, retro furniture and shabby chic wallpaper.
Bringing the huge flavours of Latin America to Cardiff, Vivo Latino has several delicious meat-free dinners. As well as larger dishes such as butternut squash enchilada and the Mexican bean burger, the restaurant also serves up a scrumptious selection of tapas.
As far as veggie restaurants go, Wahaca is up there with their generous offerings of veggie goodies. The Mexican restaurant is located in The Hayes and serves spicy and flavoursome dishes; try the sweet potato and feta taquitos and thank us later.
Cardiff's very first vegan restaurant is run by a Hare Krishna monk, and just because it's free from all animal products, do not expect a boring menu. Anna Loka makes epic meals, from their famous carrot cake through to huge brunch plates, you won't want to miss out on.
