A new gin and juice bar has just opened in Castle Arcade.

One of Cardiff's most renowned food and drink institutions, Barker, have just opened their latest venture, a new bar called Gin and Juice in the Castle Arcade. As the name suggests, it's a gin and juice bar serving up delicious gin cocktails and raw, energy-boosting juices. The bar joins the Barker Tea House, Coffee Barker and Barker Gelato in the Castle Arcade. 

With a comfortable and laid-back style, the venue will specialise in healthy and nutritious food and drink with raw press juices and smoothie bowls. In the evening, however, it transforms into an elegant bar where customers can get a number of fantastic gin cocktail such as a Singapore Sling, a sloe gin Negroni and even an espresso gin martini. Alongside the main bar and dining area, there is also a small snug, which will be made available for hire from next year.
