What they say:

After opening their first restaurant on Brighton's Vine Street in November 2016, Cin Cin founder David Toscano has decided it's time for a new project. This latest member of the Cin Cin family will have pride of place on Hove's bustling Western Road, perfect for a post-shopping bite or fun Friday night dinner. Cin Cin Hove will match the communal and casual atmosphere of it's sister restaurant, with an open kitchen and U-shaped bar around which diners will sit. It will also match Cin Cin Brighton's commitment to the simple and delicious food that has made it a household name in the area. With a changing line up of small plates, pasta dishes, authentic antipasti and daily seasonal specials. Cin Cin Hove will also benefit from the new addition of a charcoal grill that will allow chefs to incorporate meat, fish and vegetable dishes into the menu, such as the Sussex lamb rump on Castelluccio lentils, celeriac & salsa verde.

What we say:

After the storming success that Cin Cin has had at its Vine Street location, it was about time the restaurant brought about an expansion. Where the original Cin Cin could seat just 18 covers, this new venue will have an expanded dining area with the added bonus of a private hire space allowing for larger groups, parties and events. The presence of head chef Jamie Halsall across both sites will mean that food at this new location maintains the same high standards of the Vine Street restaurant, but will be able to cater a greater range of dishes due to the addition of charcoal robata-style grill.
