The idea by Robert Wood and Joe Schlupper, former head bartender at the Edgbaston Hotel and founder of Independent Birmingham respectively, is to create a bar serving the highest quality of pre-mixed drinks in a laidback and friendly environment. 

The duo is looking to change the status quo of cocktail bars. Their highly-trained bar team with 40 years of combined experience will be working to create a fine selection of cocktails, where ingredients are blended to perfection in advance and poured over ice within seconds. A range of spirits are available including classic cocktail suggestions in addition to a small beer and wine menu.

To unlock this spirit-filled mystery, simply find its door on Thorp Street when it opens and ring the doorbell. 18/81 will be accepting same day bookings via text, keeping 50 percent of its tables free for walk-ins.
