Buck’s Bar have decided on the location of Merchant City’s for their second chicken shop venue. The team have already seen huge success at their first restaurant on West Regent Street, with customers flocking to the spot and queuing down the street for a taste of their special fried chicken.

Buck’s Bar, which specialises in all things chicken, liquor and rock’n’roll have earnt themselves something of a cult status within the city and the team recently hit the headlines for their experimental dish of fried chicken served with hot sauce, chips and ice cream… we’ll let you be the judge of that one.

Luckily, their normal all-day menu is a much more standard affair with a range of wings, salads, burgers and waffles. For the all-American experience try the flaming mac’n’cheesed chicken waffles - for the fainthearted it is not.

The new joint is set to open in autumn, and you’ll be able to make a reservation from September onwards. We can’t wait to wing ourselves down there.
