Are the festivities winding down for the evening but you're not ready to go home yet? Classy cocktail joint Metropolitan is one of the best Merchant City Festival bars, serving up cocktails created by experienced mixologists. Metropolitan had a whole host of events for the 2013 Merchant City Festival, such as barbecues, face painting for the little ones and live music, so we're sure they'll follow suit next year.

Blackfriars is one of the busiest Merchant City Festival bars, popular with people looking for some great pub grub and a craft beer to go along with it. They had their own music stage for the 2013 Merchant City Festival, hosting some of Glasgow's most talented musicians. We're hoping that they do the same next year, so watch this space for all the deets as we get them.

As part of the 2013 Merchant City Festival, 13th Note held a completely free, three day music festival, covering a wide range of genres from rock to jazz. They're sure to be involved in the festival next year, so keep an eye on this great Merchant City Festival bar's upcoming events.
