The Merchant is a fantastic venue in a central location, serving delicious hot food all day. This cool-looking place has a really relaxed vibe with some interesting decoration features (think trendy 70s) and is filled with character throughout. The whole space has a real vibe to it, with an amazing atmosphere from day to evening. 

Their drinks menu is extensive with cocktails, gin, cask ales and soft drinks. The bar is always fully stocked and the staff are trained in great customer service. Fantastic for penny-saving, the pub offers lots of drinks and meal deals, as well as seasonal offers. 

The pub shows all the big sports games on huge HD screens, with Sky and BT Sports. Live music takes place most weekends and there's even a weekly quiz.
