What they say:

St Andrew's Square is about to get a whole lot hotter, as the Chris Stewart Group has secured the first Tattu in Edinburgh, in an £85 million regeneration project. Taking over the ground floor and basement space of The Register's Mint Building, this marks the restaurant's first in Scotland, in addition to three sites in Manchester, Leeds and the upcoming Birmingham. The ethos of Tattu focuses on traditional flavours fused with modern cooking - something you can expect at the new venue.

What we say:

If the opulent restaurants in Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham are anything to go by, we are anticipating stunning interiors, quality food and attentive service. While the menu has yet to be released, we can expect to see the signature Skull Candy cocktail alongside standout dishes like the whole lobster topped with wasabi gratin and citrus. With the likes of Dishoom and Karen's Unicorn only moments away, Edinburgh's New Town will be a hotspot for Asian food in superb settings.
