Open daily for both lunch and dinner, Skinflint is the place to be for speciality pies and a rack of house baby back ribs.
A word from the chef:
Pizzas are made with three day fermented dough for 'a fuller flavour.' Each pie has a variety of toppings, including chilli, chorizo, peaches, porchetta, and classic tomato of course. There are alternative options like meatballs (choose your own meat and sauce), ribs, fried gnocchi and other small plates.
