The direct debit will appear on your statement as Eazipay Ltd re WFL Media Ltd t/a DesignMyNight.com. You will receive confirmation by post once the direct debit has been set up, which will be within 3 working days of submitting this form.
Please note that in order to use this form you must to be the account holder and the only person required to authorise debits from the account. If this is not the case, please call us on 020 3581 5570 and we will arrange for a paper copy of this form to be sent to you.
The Direct Debit Guarantee
- This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits
- If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit Eazipay Ltd re WFL Media Ltd t/a DesignMyNight.com will notify you 5 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Eazipay Ltd re WFL Media Ltd t/a DesignMyNight.com to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request
If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by Eazipay Ltd re WFL Media Ltd t/a DesignMyNight.com or your bank or building society you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society
- If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Eazipay Ltd re WFL Media Ltd t/a DesignMyNight.com asks you to.
- You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us
