The Admiral at voco St David's is offering bold Australasian food to Cardiff Bay.

Residing in the five star St David’s Hotel, The Admiral at voco has unimpeded, beautiful views of the bay. The colour scheme is calming and comfortable, with rows of sofas, next to more upright thatched tables and chairs to create a chilled out space. There’s also alfresco space, for an even better view when the sun is shining.

The restaurant brings to life dishes from across Europe and beyond using seasonal Welsh produce. This creates dishes like a Thai fried chicken burger, kabocha pumpkin massaman curry or wild mushroom and rosemary gnocchi. To wash it down, there’s a strong wine menu, as well as beers and a heady cocktail menu.
