Description
From the Dusty Knuckle team comes DARK, a concept restaurant on Castle Arcade. Following in the footsteps of its popular predecessors - burger pop-up Hoof and wine bar Nook - the eatery serves brunch, grilled meats and small plates from brunch ‘till dinner, with a strong focus on sustainability.
Key dishes include a brunchtime flat iron steak and eggs, with smoked kippers and kimchi butter, as well as chicken curry doughnuts and lamb shoulder with laverbread and pickled cockles for later in the day.
